By placing an order with Earth & Elm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About Us
Earth & Elm is a handmade ceramics and floral studio based in Cardiff, Wales. All of our items are created by hand and sold via our online store, hosted by Wix.

2. Product Information
All Earth & Elm items are handmade, which means slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and finish are part of their unique character.
If you purchase multiples, please note they may not be identical.
We do our best to display colours accurately, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight differences from what you see online. We list items individually for this reason.
3. Orders & Payments

We accept card payments and Apple Pay at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Custom orders are subject to individual quotes and terms, which will be outlined and agreed upon via email before production begins.
4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Dispatch time: up to 7 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery time: 3–4 working days from dispatch.
Please ensure your address is entered correctly; we cannot be held responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect details.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, including on custom orders.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. While we are not liable for damage caused by the courier, we’ll do our best to help you claim compensation from Royal Mail if applicable.
6. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed, as items may begin production immediately.
7. Custom Orders
Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Terms regarding timelines, design, and approval will be agreed upon in writing (usually via email) before production begins.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We are also not responsible for any delays or damage caused by third-party services, including shipping providers.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal details are collected only for order processing and communication. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms and submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
